Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of work until payment is received.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice given and any costs already incurred. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

Changes to Scope

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing. Changes may affect the project timeline and cost, and a revised quote will be provided where necessary.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our work. Our finishes are applied using professional techniques and high-quality materials.

Any specific warranties or guarantees will be detailed in your quote or service agreement. Warranties do not cover:

Normal wear and tear
